We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Auxiliary to join our care team. You will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our service users. This role is especially important in providing direct care for individuals with complex needs, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Job Overview: (Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required)

To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Health Care Assistant /Care Coordinator

To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to the Service User

To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge
