Our Outreach Support Services

Our outreach support services are designed for individuals who need fewer than 30 hours’ support a week. The support is tailored to the needs of the individuals and provided at times that suit them. This includes the following:

  1. Developing and maintaining life skills, such as food shopping, cooking and household chores.
  2. Help with finances and budgeting, and to maintain a tenancy.
  3. Support to access college, or voluntary or paid work.
  4. Support to use public transport.
  5. Accessing community-based activities such as attending clubs
  6. Personal care.

All our outreach activities are focussed on achieving positive outcomes for our Service Users including greater independence, confidence and self-esteem.

We work together with our Service Users to agree what support they need and the times that work best for them and this is adapted as time goes by to ensure that our Service Users continue to get the most out of life.
